Carin Penberthy is an Australian physiotherapist with 15 years experience. She holds two degrees: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (1997) from Curtin University, Western Australia; and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (1993) from University of Western Australia (1993). She has recently completed her Clinical Pilates level 4 course.
Carin has worked for 15 years in private practice in Perth, Australia and Singapore. She is the owner and founder of In Touch Physiotherapy. She has worked with a variety of elite athletes, including dancers from international productions such as Chicago and Westside Story, as well as worked with the Asian Professional Golf Association. She also has alot of experience in treating runners and cyclists (triathletes and iron man athletes). Carin's specific interest lies in the treatment of spinal and lower limb injuries (hip/groin, knee and ankle) . She is also focused on understanding the biomechanics and cause behind the injury/pain to ensure the correct manual therapy approach is used to optimize recovery and focus on further injury prevention. Kat graduated from Otago University, New Zealand in 1994 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has 18 years experience in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment. In 2003 she completed a Graduate certificate in Manual Therapy at Curtin University, Australia, and in 2004 she completed the Polestar Rehabilitation Pilates course. Kat has worked in New Zealand, U.S.A and the United Kingdom. Most recently she owned a successful multi-practitioner physiotherapy and pilates practice on Harley Street in London for 7 years before moving to Singapore with her young family. Kat has a keen interest in spinal (back, neck) and lower limb (hip, knee and ankle) pain and dysfunction, and has considerable experience treating both dance related injuries and pregnancy-related (pre and post natal) musculoskeletal issues. She often incorporates pilates-based exercise into her clients rehabilitation to facilitate their recovery from injury. Physiotherapist

Paul graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physiotherapy. He has worked in Singapore for 4 years, including working at Tan Tock Seng Hospital where he specialized in treating spinal conditions before moving to In Touch Physio.
Paul enjoys treating all types of musculoskeletal condition with a special interest in acute and chronic neck and back pain. He previously played rugby for England Students whilst at University and still enjoys keeping fit. He worked with the physio team at Exeter Chiefs UK premiership rugby club in 2012 and since moving to Singapore he has also been physiotherapist to the National womens rugby 7's team. Physiotherapist

Alph is an Australian physiotherapist who graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1998. He also has completed the Polestar Rehabilitation program.
He has over 13 years experience in the treatment of sports injuries and has worked in Australia, UK, Germany and Singapore. Alph has worked for the British Army with high-level athletes and dealt with complex injuries both pre and post-deployment. He has also worked with clubs in State League Soccer and Amateur Aussie Rules Football teams in South Australia. Alph specializes in treatment of shoulder and spinal injuries. Alph has a keen interest in identifying muscle imbalances and correcting these, especially in keen athletes. He looks at each injury from a holistic point of view to make sure that all problems are addressed. Receptionist
